Vertigo can have many causes. One of the most common and easiest to treat is C2 vertebral subluxation complex. When the second cervical {neck} vertebrae is not moving correctly it will cause nerve inflammation to the exact nerves that input to the brain that are responsible for vertigo. My exam will rule out other causes.
The treatment is a Pain Less adjustment to C2 and we usually see results within 24 hours.
